Proverbs 10:23
Doing wickedness is like sport to a fool, And so is wisdom to a man of understanding.

A fool plays at being wicked you can see it in people who try to manipulate others if you look closely read body language you can see the challenge in them to win, to be on top the podium but the reward they seek is nothing but rubble compared to the crown they would receive if they would only repent and turn to Christ for forgiveness and salvation.

If a Christian truly has understanding than seeking after wisdom would be the challenge of a game and they would seek after Her to gain the reward at the end.

Proverbs 14:6
A scoffer seeks wisdom and finds none, But knowledge is easy to one who has understanding.

How many people in church have perfected the act of scoffing?
First take one week and look at your response and reactions to others and what they do.
Do you show contempt by your actions or your words?
Do you treat or address others with mockery, ridicule, disrespect, condescension, disregard, do you look down on or reject others
Are you one who just has to: jeer, taunt, mock, tease, and ridicule others.
Are you one who just has to show your contempt for others in a disrespectful manner?

If any of this is a part of your life you can seek all the wisdom you would like and you will never find it.
You need to go to the original problem the key root of the situation; and that would be your walk with Christ.

The understanding is that if your walk with Christ is wrong you will follow someone or something ells and for a lot it is a critical attitude.

If you are having a problem with an individual or a group of people first look deep inside and ask the Lord to show you what is wrong in you , then deal with it.

There is nothing wrong in saying something about what the Lord shows you is not right, we just need to be sure we are saying what Jesus would have us say not speaking out of self. And if you fear the Lord and gain wisdom your understanding will draw knowledge to you.

Proverbs 16:16
How much better it is to get wisdom than gold! And to get understanding is to be chosen above silver.

But the world says; buy Gold buy silver, and the Christians in America seem to follow the foolish teachings of this world rather than God.
Striving after education and knowladge rather than wisdom and understanding. Fearing the world rather than fearing the Lord God.
