Saturday i wrote a bit about where are faith and trust seem to be miss placed on doctors instead of the Lord.

 

i truly think this is just the tip of the iceberg, and just like when you walk in to a dark room and hit a light switch you don’t think about the light bulb coming on you hit the switch and just go about doing what you were doing.

 

i believe that in our lives we have become so accustom to the things and ways of the world that we are most of the time not even aware we are partaking in them, that we have taken what the world says and expects out of us to be the right thing for us to do and live.

 

i believe this saddens the Lord because it takes Him out of most of our daily life and replaces Him with want and need. Jesus said if we will obey the Father and keep His commandments seek Him and His ways He will provide ALL our needs, in Matthew Jesus tells us that He will supply our food clothing and shelter, and from what i have found in His word is that He has also provided what we need for good health, (that is not to say we will never be sick or get heart) we will be because of the fall of man, what i am saying is that He has placed on this earth what we need to but in to our body’s to give our body’s the opportunity to heal its self, plants and minerals. But instead of having our faith planted in the Lord for health for so many it is planted in the pharmaceuticals and doctors instead of the Lord.

 

i have seen over the years that man thinks an education is the key to a good life and so many have gotten sucked up in to collage and the gathering of information. And aging the Lord is left on the back burner. When true knowledge come from the Lord why do we go to man for it?

 

i have even know men who put more faith and trust in their job rather than the Lord, putting there family and their walk with the Lord on the back burner so that they can “get ahead in this world” to only find their family is falling apart and their getting head has put them in a trap.

 

Don’t get upset and walk away from this take the time and look at your life evaluate what you are doing and why you are doing it, and in it are you trusting the Lord or are you trusting in something the world has told you.

 

The Lord created us to have fellowship with Him, yes because of the fall of man we now have to work but that does not mean we have to get so entwined in the world and the worlds ways that neglect the Lord.

 

The next time you turn on a light think about turning on the connection between you and the Lord “it is called prayer and we are to be in communication with the Lord 24/7 365 days a year not just at meal time or Sundays, it is to be a daily walk, a walk that is more important to us then life its self.

 

No matter what is going on in your life today take the time and ask the Lord for wisdom, guidance, direction and that He would show you His wishes for your life.

 

Go with the Lord and He will go with you, put Him first in your life and He will direct your path.
