Thyatira Rev 2:18
"And to the angel of the church in Thyatira write: The Son of God, who has eyes like a flame of fire, and His feet are like burnished bronze, says this:
Rev 2:19
'I know your deeds, and your love and faith and service and perseverance, and that your deeds of late are greater than at first.
Rev 2:20
'But I have this against you, that you tolerate the woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess, and she teaches and leads My bond-servants astray so that they commit acts of immorality and eat things sacrificed to idols.
Rev 2:21
'I gave her time to repent, and she does not want to repent of her immorality.
Rev 2:22
'Behold, I will throw her on a bed of sickness, and those who commit adultery with her into great tribulation, unless they repent of her deeds.
Rev 2:23
'And I will kill her children with pestilence, and all the churches will know that I am He who searches the minds and hearts; and I will give to each one of you according to your deeds.
Rev 2:24
'But I say to you, the rest who are in Thyatira, who do not hold this teaching, who have not known the deep things of Satan, as they call them--I place no other burden on you.
Rev 2:25
'Nevertheless what you have, hold fast until I come.
Rev 2:26 Rev 2:27 Rev 2:28
'He who overcomes, and he who keeps My deeds until the end, TO HIM I WILL GIVE AUTHORITY OVER THE NATIONS; AND HE SHALL RULE THEM WITH A ROD OF IRON, AS THE VESSELS OF THE POTTER ARE BROKEN TO PIECES, as I also have received authority from My Father; and I will give him the morning star.
Rev 2:29
'He, who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.'
To tolerate: Rev 2:20
To allow to be or to be done without prohibition, hindrance, or contradiction, to put up with to allow, to justify, is to sin. To recognize and respect the beliefs, or practices of others without speaking the truth of God
Jezebel: Rev 2:20 – Rev 2:21
A woman who called herself a prophetess who was teaching others to sin, to lead them away from God God gave her time to repent but she did not want to repent and so God throw her in to sickness. (Father God gives each of us time to repent and turn from sin and turn to Him, but that time will run out.)
Commit adultery with her: Rev 2:22
To commit acts of immorality and eat things sacrificed to idols. To fallowing her teaching and teach others the same. (Taking other teachings then the teachings of the Holy Spirit to heart and to live with them in your heart is to commit adultery. Like heat, bitterness deception, wont, greed,------)
Result: Rev 2:22 – Rev:23
The adulators will be thrown into great tribulation, unless they repent of her deeds.
Her children:
Any one that took Jezebel’s teaching and followed them (but it also seems that to tolerate such behavior is the same as accepting it and to accept something is the same as being a part of it)
'And I will kill her children with pestilence, and all the churches will know that I am He who searches the minds and hearts; and I will give to each one of you according to your deeds.
Conclusion: If we have allow things (attitude, actions, words, thoughts or deeds) in to our lives witch are not of the Lord, (if we are following after worldly ways) we are in a dangerous place and run the risk of the path of the children of Jezebel
For the Lord said “I will give to each one of YOU according to YOUR deeds.
