What if;

What if I were to surrender all to Christ

Would I have to go to Africa, China or Outer Mongolia?

Would I have to live in a grass hut or a mud house with no running water?

Would I have to do without the luxury’s I have collected?

Would I have to deal with sick people, old people or convicts?

Would I have to give up my rights and get along with my fellow man?

 

These are the questions asked, maybe not in these exact words but with the same meaning.

 

These are the questions we as Christians should be asking Lord

Where would you like me to share your word and love today? Lord

Where would you like me to live that I would be the most effective for you?

Lord what in my life should I get rid of so I may sur you better?

Lord who would You have me share Your love with today?

Lord help me to love my neighbor as myself?

 

What if we who call ourselves Christians really surrendered our lives over to the Lord without holding back because of fear of losing something, or having to do something uncomfortable?

 

Total surrender, thankful for the breath you are taking that gives you the ability to share the love of Christ with others,

 

What if we obeyed Christ when He said: You are to love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and that you will are to your neighbor as you’re self.

 

What if we just obeyed?
