Questions for the day:
Have you ever done something over and above the normal for someone?
Have you ever loved someone with all your heart?
Have you ever given to someone your total dedication no matter the cost to you?

A lot of us can look back at a situation where we loved someone and spent hours a day thinking of them, and desiring to spend time with them.
Having a heart that is desirous of that love being reseparated over time.

Remember those fillings?
In a friendship?
In a boyfriend, a girlfriend relationship?
In an engagement?
In a mirage?

Remember the devastation when that person you have had so much love for walked away?
Told you they didn’t want to see you or spend time with you anymore?
Didn’t love you?

All devastating, that level of devastation can change your attitude and your felling’s for years to come.

Day 8 of a few.
Knowing the heart of God the Father, God the son, and the Spirit of GOD
We are told several times in the word of GOD that our God is a jealous GOD.
Jealous in the fact that He loves us more then we can know, and desires for us to love Him back in the same way.
Father God loves you so much that He sent His own Son to be sacrificed on a cross to cover the price of our sins.

Some now days define God’s jealousy as being demanding,
if God was demanding of us why then did He give us a will to do as we wish?
Frome what i have come to understand is God’s jealousy is a purer jealousy, a jealousy of desire for our love, for us to have that same desire toward Him.
That our number one desire would be to spend time with Him, that we would jealously seek after Him.

We are told in Exodus 20:3
“You shall have no other gods before Me.”

Exo 20:4-6
“You shall not make for yourself an idol, or any likeness of what is in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the water under the earth. You shall not worship them or serve them; for I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children, on the third and the fourth generations of those who hate Me, but showing lovingkindness to thousands, to those who love Me and keep My commandments.”

John 14:15 Jesus tells us
“If you love Me, you will keep My commandments.”

GOD is jealously seeking after us, desiring our hearts to be jealously seeking after Him.
For us to love Him with our heart mind and soul, seeking to spend our days with Him, to be in His presence.

Somewhat as in the relationship we as humans have desires to spend time with the ones here on earth, whom we are jealous after.
That strong burning desires that we want no need to spend every moment we can with that other person.
Or that driving desire, that we can’t wait to take part in some event.

We as mankind have found so many different things to strive after, to invest our time and efforts in to rather than to spend our time with our GOD.

Think about the pain you feel when you are rejected by one who you have strong desires for. Is it devastating when you are rejected?

Then think about this:
GOD’s desirer for you is 1,000 times stronger for you, than your desires are for things of this earth, whether for mankind or for things created by mankind.

Don’t you think it may pring pain to the heart of GOD when you would rather spend time with the world rather than with Him?

Do you like it when the one you love doesn’t want to spend time with you?
Does it bring you comfort when the one you love doesn’t want to hear you?

God’s desire is for you, but He will not break your will, if you so desire to not seek Him, to not love Him with all or heart, mind and soul, even thou it saddens His heart, He will let you stray away from His love.

Think about it:
Is your desire to spend time with the Lord your God?
Or with the things of this world?
The choice is yours,
If your choice is the things of this world, don’t blame the Lord your God when thing go bad for you.

And don’t be amazed when you stand before Him and you hear these worlds
“Depart from me for I never knew you”

Want to know Him?
Then set your jealous desiers after Him,
not after people or the things of this world,
spend your time with Him,
in His word and in communication with Him,
seek His Kingdom, seek His face, seek to keep His commandments.
Instead of working so heard to have a worldly relationship;
desire and work on having a strong deep jealous relationship with the Lord your God.

Work on being as jealous after Him, just as His is after you.
