In John 15 Jesus tells us how we are to be grafted in to the family of GOD and that He is the vine and we are the branches.
in grafting i have found that the branch grafted will still look the same but the seeds from that branch will not produce the same type of plant it will produce the plant that the branch was grafted in to.
When we except Christ Jesus as our LORD we are grafted in to His life, His family we are grafted in to the family of GOD.
And when we sow seeds (the word of GOD) and it takes root in someone life it will not produce us but rather it will produce the attributes of Christ Jesus our LORD.
It is up to each individual to nurture and allow that seed to grow.

Every vine and every tree to produce fruit should be pruned,
to keep it healthy and producing more fruit.
As for us we need to be pruned of the ways of this world, and the things of this world, our thought and words our ungodly attitudes, the lust of the body, the lust of stuff and things, the sin and lawlessness in our lives.
By being pruned we give a much clearer view of Christ Jesus to others, producing healthier seeds so as we cast them out, (live our lives according to GOD’s word they are more likely to take root in the hearts of mankind.

John 15:1-11
“I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser.
Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit, He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit, He prunes it so that it may bear more fruit.
You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you.
Abide in Me, and I in you.
As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself unless it abides in the vine, so neither can you unless you abide in Me.
I am the vine, you are the branches; he who abides in Me and I in him, he bears much fruit, for apart from Me you can do nothing.
If anyone does not abide in Me, he is thrown away as a branch and dries up; and they gather them, and cast them into the fire and they are burned.
If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.
My Father is glorified by this, that you bear much fruit, and so prove to be My disciples.
Just as the Father has loved Me, I have also loved you; abide in My love.
If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love; just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love.
These things I have spoken to you so that My joy may be in you, and that your joy may be made full.”

Where are your seeds from?
What kind of seeds are you planting?
Your own?
The worlds?
Or seeds from Christ Jesus the Lord?

I guess the real question is where are you grafted, grafted in to who or what;
The Lord GOD or the world and its ways?
