It has been 23 or 24 days,
Thank you for coming back,
i have been working on a few things that have been taking up a lot , well most of my time.

Have you ever dune one of those read through the bible in a year?
i have and have never gotten through one,
will read the little snip-it for the day but then get interested in the whole continence of that chapter what was before and after that little they want you to read,
and in a lot of cases it changes the concept of the concept they are wanting you to think about or except.

So, this year i started writing my own read through the bible in a year book.
Started out by taking a couple days to just read to see how long it would take me to read ten pages at a time,,,
i read slow, never learned to read books until i was a sophomore in high school.
As most who have been here for a wall know my spelling is not that good either.
1st day i was going to read ten pages i ended up reading 10 chapters, i get started and it is heard to stop.
So then i looked to see how many pages are in my Bible from “in the beginning to the last Amen”
Genesis 1:1 to Revelation 22:21,
the Bible i have now is a 1995 NASB Super Giant Print Bible
(yes my eyes are bad)
with no filler pages between Malachi and Matthew,
with a total of 2,252 pages of the word of GOD.

The Bible includes:
66 books,
1,189 chapters,
31,102 verses
for a total of 2,252 pages.

The 2nd day i read 25 chapters
the 3rd day 13 chapters
the 4th day 19 Chapters
5th day 10
6th day 37

Came to the conclusion that 10 Chapters a day would be a great place to start.

That would be 118.9 days so lets say 120 days,
That means i will not only be able to read through the entire Bible in one year,
but that i can do it three times in a single year.

That is less then 19 pages a day, if you wanted to do pages instead of chapters.

What i have found doing it this way is i can get the whole view of what is being said and connect the dots as it were to gather the meaning of each chapter.

TO START this journey:
(1.) Pick your Bible;
like i said i like the 1995 NASB, closest to the King James with out the old language accent.

(2.) make sure you have a pencil and paper.
i use a 1” three ring notebook filled with notebook paper.
(( you should take notes ))

(3.) make sure before you start reading you have taken the time to pray,
ask the Holy Spirit to show you and teach you what He would have you to know and to learn.

Here are a few words from Jesus Him self;
John 14:25-26
“These things I have spoken to you while abiding with you.
But the Helper, the Holy Spirit,
whom the Father will send in My name,
He will teach you all things,
and bring to your remembrance all that I said to you."

You do not need men to tell you what the Bible is saying
you need to listen to the Holy Spirit,
The Spirit of GOD.

(4.) you need a little time,
time you can set down with out your phone,
your tablet,
your lap top, computer, TV or radio,
no ear buds, or head sets.
You need time to be quiet,
to give your full attenuation to the word of GOD
and to listen for the still small voice of the Holy Spirit.

i guess the real question is how dedicated are you to learn of Christ,
how dedicated are you to hearing from and be taught by the Holy Spirit of GOD.
Any one can set down and read a book.
But to set down and read The BOOK The Bible
and learn the ways of the Lord
to learn who the Lord Jesus truly is
and what He expects of those who are His
takes time,
it takes dedication,
it takes time and it takes learning to be quiet to hear Him speak.

If you will allow Him to,
the Holy Spirit will guide you through the word of GOD
and help you apply your life to please the Lord your God,
Jesus.

i Pray you will take the time to read the bible this way.

i could sell this book for $39.95,
But today you can get it for a fraction of the cost.
Not $29.95, not even $19.95 or $9.95
we are not even charging $0.95

To day you can start reading the Bible three times this coming year
for the grand cost of (( $0.00 ))
It is up to you where you will spend your money
but even more important your time.
Will you spend your time playing games, watching Facebook,
or will you spend it in the word of GOD
listening for the still small voice of the Holy Spirit,
the Spirit of GOD.

It is your choice coos wisely, you are running out of time.
