Matthew 7:15-20

15 Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
16 You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thorns? Or figs from thistles?
17 So every good tree brings forth good fruit, and a corrupt tree brings forth evil fruit.
18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit; neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.
19 Every tree that does not brings forth good fruit, is cut down, and cast into the fire.
20 Therefore by their fruits you will know them.

How’s your fruit?
Some days i hank mine stinks, and at my best it seems to struggle to get past the bud stage. The thing is don’t give up you have a rotten fruit day ask to be forgiven, get in the word of God, get up and go at it aging, always do your best to do better than the day before. Ask Father God for forgiveness, and Jesus for help He gave us His Holy Spirit to be our helper to lead, guide and teach us Gods ways, if we will allow Him to He will do this.

When someone comes around using all the right churchy words (Christiane’s as i call it) impressing everyone with their words, take the time to really check out their words are they the word of the Father.
If they call themselves a profit have they ever been wrong when prophesying?
If they call them self a teacher are the truly teaching the word of God or is there a site twist on what they teach?
If they claim to be a healer are people truly being healed?
What fruit are they producing?

It is our responsibility to know the word of God, and to listen to the Holy Spirit so that when someone speaks Gods word we know if they are misleading or speaking the truth. And so that when we are sharing the word we are speaking the truth also.
It takes time and dedication, but what less do we owe the Lord then our time and to be dedicated to Him. Check the fruit of the people you listen to along with your own.

Matthew 7:13-14

13 Enter through the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the way is broad that leads to destruction, and there are many who enter through it.
14 For the gate is small and the way is narrow that leads to life, and there are few who find it

Finding the narrow path that leads to the small gate should be on the mind of every Christian in every church, but instead it seems that both are searching for the next new gadget, the next post on some social media, or more money and the things money can buy……. The broad road that leads to the wide gate,

i believe this is why only a few find and stay on the narrow path, if it is found they keep jumping off every time something catches their fancy, and then try to get back on but can’t let go of the worlds toy’s, The thing is you not only have to find and stay on the narrow path but you have to make it through the small gate.

i also believe the gate is small so that we cannot take our baggage through with us. i believe that includes all baggage, not just the stuff and things but all, a puffed up ego, an argent attitude and pride are all baggage we have to get rid of along with un-forgiveness, bitterness, and strife to fit through.

Keep up the good fight and run the race through the finish line,

Remember this world is not home, and the things is it are only distractions

Matthew 7:7-12

7 Ask, and it will be given you: seek, and you will find: knock, and it will be opened to you.
8 For whoever asks, receives: and he that seeks, finds: and to him that knocks, it will be opened.
9 For what man is there among you, which if his son asks him for bread, would give him a stone?
10 Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a serpent?
11 If you then, which are evil, can give to your children good gifts, how much more will your Father which is in heaven, give good things to them that ask him?
12 Therefore whatever you would that men should do to you: even so do you to them: for this is the Law and the Prophets.

Rather simple ask seek and find; Ask Christ in to your life, seek after Him and you will find Him Ask for forgiveness and you will receive it Ask for food, clothing and shelter and your Father in heaven will take care of your needs

Ask for things that are not truly a benefit to your life in Christ and you will probably be told no, no not because Father God douse not love you but because in His ultimate knowledge of past present and future He knows what you have need of and what would be a hindrance to you.

i think one of the problems that most of us American Christians have is we are not content whit just having our needs met, but we have desires for everything that the world has to offer.

If you can’t take it with you when your body dies truly what value does it have?

i have learned to deal with much and have learned to be joyful with little, the worlds way of things is to have a lot of money, the word says “the love of money is the root of all evil”

Think you don’t love money? Then the next time you get paid first take ten percent and give it to the church (tithe) next take ten percent and give it to the church as a gift, next ten percent and go down to the local café and give it to them to cover the bill of their customers as far as it will go.

That’s right give away 30% of your income. i know most are not able to do this, because they have gotten so far in debt and have so many bills it is not even a consideration, but the bad part is that those who could do this won’t do it either.

If you can’t give it away no matter if it is money or anything ells, then you have a love attachment to it, check your motives for holding on to things and money.

If we will put others needs before our own and show respect and honor to those we come in contact with, and if we are true in our heart to treat others well then we will be treated well, treating other as we would like to be treated.

For we are to be more holy than the prophets and this is the Law and the Prophets

Matthew 7:6

6 You are not to give that which is holy to dogs, neither are you to cast your pearls before swine, so as not to them tread them under their feet, and turning again, all to tear you apart.

There are those who have made the choice to not, just not fallow Christ, but to tear down, belittle, and even do damage to Christians, We need to share Christ and His love with others, but at the same time we are to watch who we are talking to and what we are saying to them. The word says you can tell a Christian by their love for one another.

So go out and share the love of Christ by be aware of who you are speaking with and what you say to them. And when the Lord give you something special just for you keep it to yourself, and let Him work it out in you, or through you. The Lord gives you a dream or vision hat is to you for you and about you keep it under your hate and let the Lord lead you through your journey, for others can quench the dream or vision very quickly.
