G:

1Corinthians 7:21       Were you called while a slave? Do not worry about it; but if you are able also to become free, rather do that

We were all called when we were still in sin we are not to worry about this for through Christ we are made free, I believe this also includes freedom from worry

Question #9-10

9; Do i really believe that God cares about me and my needs?

10; Do i really trust God in all things?

Read the book of Job, how bad was his life compared to your's, no matter how bad Job's life seemed to get Job still honored and blessed God, God was still directing it to perfection.

F:

Matthew 6:34        "So do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will care for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own, We are not to worry about Tomorrow, or about anything that might or might not happen tomorrow.

Matthew 10:19        "But when they hand you over, do not worry about how or what you are to say; for it will be given you in that hour what you are to say.

Mar 13:11       "When they arrest you and hand you over, do not worry beforehand about what you are to say, but say whatever is given you in that hour; for it is not you who speak, but it is the Holy Spirit

Luke 12:11        "When they bring you before the synagogues and the rulers and the authorities, do not worry about how or what you are to speak in your defense or what you are to say When troubles come we are not to Worry what this says is that God will even tell us what to say, if He will do that don’t you think He will take care of all your needs.

Question #8

If the Lord gives you the words to say when there is trouble don’t you think He will give you the words to say when times are good; Or are you one who speaks from your own mind and heart?

E:

Pro 12:25       Anxiety in a man's heart weighs it down, but a good word makes it glad.

When we worry we have anxiety and this will weigh down your heart and will lead you to a place that trusting God is almost imposable, if we allow worry to fill our lives our lives will become useless for the Lord, But good words will make us glad

Deuteronomy 28:43        "The alien (alien = someone or something that does not belong or fit in) (in the Christians life worry should be considered an alien – something that does not belong or fit in.) who is among you will rise above you higher and higher, (as worry takes over in your life by rising higher it blinds us to the love of God) but you will go down lower and lower. (And as we allow worry to set in to our lives our spirits will become lower because we are no longer leaning on the Lord to meet our needs)

"He will lend to you, but you will not lend to him; he will be the head, and you will be the tail. (Through worry we can get all kinds of input from our own thoughts, from others whom worry and we can be lead even further from the Lord) (Worry will lead you astray from God because you cannot control worry)

"So all these curses will come on you and pursue you and overtake you until you are destroyed, because you would not obey the LORD your God by keeping His commandments and His statutes which He commanded you.

We are told by the Lord; DO NOT WORRY!

Mat 6:31        "Do not worry then saying ‘What will we eat?' or ‘What will we drink?' or ‘what will we wear for clothing?'

Luke 12:22        And He said to His disciples       "For this reason I say to you, do not worry about your life, as to what you will eat; nor for your body, as to what you will put on

We are not to worry about food drink or clothing, if we are choosing to fallow the Lord no matter what happens in our lives He will take care of your needs. Look at Job take time to read the book of Job a man that could have worried about a lot of things but instead looked to the Lord.

Question #7

Who will you listen to the Lord, yourself, or others?

Tomorrow Day 8   Question #8

D:

Mat 6:25 - 34        "For this reason I say to you, do not be worried about your life, as to what you will eat or what you will drink; nor for your body, as to what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing?

"Look at the birds of the air, that they do not sow, nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet you’re heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not worth much more than they?

"And who of you by being worried can add a single hour to his life?

"And why are you worried about clothing? Observe how the lilies of the field grow; they do not toil nor do they spin,

Yet I say to you that not even Solomon in all his glory clothed himself like one of these.

"But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which is alive today and tomorrow is thrown into the furnace, will He not much more clothe you? You of little faith!

"Do not worry then, saying, 'What will we eat?' or 'What will we drink?' or 'What will we wear for clothing?'

"For the Gentiles eagerly seek all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things.

"But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.

"So do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will care for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

We are asked; why we worrying and told how much God cares for us, so we don’t need to worry. And we are told specifically to not worry; being told to not worry if then we to choose to except worry is to choose to disobey.

When the Lord tells us to do or not do something He also gives us the ability to do or not do what He has told us.   It is up to us to choose to obey or not, life is a choice and Father God gave each of us a will so we are free to choose to fallow Him and obey or not.

the choice is yours to make, or you can make excuses.

  • # 6   Or do you trust in yourself and the world?

Tomorrow Day 6 Question #7

C:

Mat 6:24

"No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and wealth.

Worrying about your wealth or the lack of wealth distracts from God, YOU CAN NOT SERVE GOD AND WEALTH and you cannot worry and serve God, for your eyes will be fixed on your finances and you will despise the Lord for not giving you more..

And you will not be serving the Lord you will be serving yourself, striving after wealth stuff and things.

By serving the Lord you will realize just how rich you are no matter how much or how little you riches you have.

Question #3

Are you serving riches or are you serving God?

In this world we are taught at a young age that wealth is security and that wealth is power, and that the more wealth you accumulate the happier you will be. in my life i can honestly say that not one dollar i ever hand brought me any true security, true power or true happiness, it did get me two body guards and a lot of control in situations, but never security or true power and never true happiness.

Be honest and evaluate your life, Has anything in this world brought you any true security, will it get you in to heaven? Can you have true power? Has any of it ever brought you long lasting peace and happiness?

Turning to Christ putting Him first in your life and keeping your eyes set on Him for your provisions; food, clothing and shelter, trusting in Him to provide your riches the worry will flee your thoughts.

Reed Matthew 6: 19 - 34      read it seven times a day for the next couple weeks give it time to sink in so you will truly comperhend what it is telling you.

Dont tear it a part doing some great bible study, just read it and read it out load, letting the Holy Spirit teach you (that's His job) and He is good at it,,,  if we would only just listen.
