Do you ask for the counsel of the LORD
before you do or agree about something,
before you speak or act?
i have been reading through Johua and the Holy Spirit opened my eyes to something.
Have you ever made a oath with someone with out asking the Lord if you should?
An oath like purchasing something, or doing something?
i believe we all have and probably still do.
We speak words without consulting the Lord our GOD,
and get our selves in over our heads in debt
or our time taken up with things we should not be involved in,
causing our time to be spread so thin
that the things we are supposed to be doing are left neglected
because of an oath, because of a promise,
from words we have spoken.
So, because of words spoken
we fell a responsible to fulfill them
even though we deep down know we were wrong to do so,
and are to week minded to admit it
and ask to be released from them.
The Holy Spirit showed me
that by not taking every decision to the Lord
we can, and the chases are greatly,
that we will constantly be deceived.
Every decision we make weather to do something
or to purchase something we should be taking the time
and present our choices before the Lord our GOD.
And then wait for an answer from Him,
not make a decision with out knowing what He has to say.
It seems that would save us a lot of time and money
to do and be involved in the things of the Lord
rather than the world.
It is so essay to be deceived and miss lead by the world and satin
if we are not speaking to the Lord our GOD
and waiting for His answer
before we speak an oath or promise, or do something.
Joshua 9:14
So the men of Israel took some of their provisions, and did not ask for the counsel of the LORD.
Joshua 9:22
Then Joshua called for them and spoke to them, saying, “Why have you deceived us
Lord open our eyes to see and our ears to hear
to the leading of Your holy Spirit,
help us to turn to you for direction
before we over step our boundaries,
so that we are using the time and wealth
You have given us to use to bring You glory.
Help us to be content
with what You have for us
and to not be searching for acceptance or praise
from this world from unbelievers.
Help us to be humble
so that we may do the right thing.
Amen

Joshua 1:7-9
“Only be strong and very courageous;
be careful to do according to all the law which Moses My servant commanded you;
do not turn from it to the right or to the left,
so that you may have success wherever you go.
This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth,
but you shall meditate on it day and night,
so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it;
for then you will make your way prosperous,
and then you will have success.
Have I not commanded you?
Be strong and courageous!
Do not tremble or be dismayed,
for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.”
{{{ the entire Bible is written to the Church;
to those who believe in,
follow and have excepted Christ Jesus as their Lord and savorer.
therefor reading Joshua 1: 7-9
WE the church,
the believers in and followers of Christ Jesus are being told.
“Be strong and courageous”
that is to be strong in the Lord.
You may ask how do i do that?
and i would say by reading the word of GOD,
read both the Old and New Testaments and apply your life to what you read.
if you have been here for some time,
you know i post a lot using Matthew 5, 6 and 7
along with the letters in Revelation to the Churched.
if you call yourself a Christian
these are great pleases to learn how you are to live and how you are to treat others,
it is also a great way to learn how you are not to live,
for in Revelation Jesus right out says
"I have this against you" several times,
you need to find out if you are living in a manner that Christ Jesus would say to you
"I have this against you".
Find out what the Nicolaitans thought,
find out what Balaam and Balak though,
and then look at the way you live in comparison to them.
You may not like this,
but i am sure you will find you have been living by their rules
thinking you are a good Christian.
Honestly take a look and then remove those habits from your life,
ask for forgiveness, dig deep in to the word of GOD,
and allow the Holy Spirit to teach you.
Jesus is saying to each one of us:
"He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.”
AND
“I am coming quickly;
hold fast what you have, so that no one will take your crown.”
The question is simple;
Will you be ready for His return?
Or will you hear the most dreadful words that will ever be spoken?
Matthew 7:23
“And then I will declare to them,
‘I never knew you; DEPART FROM ME, YOU WHO PRACTICE LAWLESSNESS.’
i will leave you with this:
Matthew 7:16-23
“You will know them by their fruits.
Grapes are not gathered from thorn bushes nor figs from thistles,
are they?
So every good tree bears good fruit,
but the bad tree bears bad fruit.
A good tree cannot produce bad fruit,
nor can a bad tree produce good fruit.
Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.
So then, you will know them by their fruits.
Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’
will enter the kingdom of heaven,
but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter.
Many will say to Me on that day,
‘Lord, Lord,
did we not prophesy in Your name,
and in Your name cast out demons,
and in Your name perform many miracles?’
And then I will declare to them,
‘I never knew you;
DEPART FROM ME, YOU WHO PRACTICE LAWLESSNESS.”
So. will you live a life that is Strong and corageous in the Lord your GOD?
Or will you keep living a life that is pleasing the world and its ways
so you can live a so-called comfortable life and slip through life unnotesed by the world,
intill the Lord returns and speaks those words no one is going to want to hear? }}}

Are you a lover of the place of honor?
Matthew 23:6-12
“They love the place of honor at banquets and the chief seats in church,
and respectful greetings in the market places,
and being called Paster or Teacher by men.
But do not be called Teacher;
for One is your Teacher, and you are all brothers.
Do not call anyone on earth your father;
for One is your Father, He who is in heaven.
Do not be called leaders;
for One is your Leader, that is, Christ.
But the greatest among you shall be your servant.
Whoever exalts himself shall be humbled;
and whoever humbles himself shall be exalted.”
Matthew 23 speaks to all of us who go by the title Christian.
1. As Christians some have the tendency by the way their livers are lived to not draw unbelievers in to the body of Christ and to even repeal them from accepting the Christ Jesus by the way we speak compared to the way we live.
2. Some who go by the title Christian;
Pray long wordy prayers, thinking it will impress God and men.
Thinking they will receive rewards from God and be looked upon as being holy by men,
but instead they are putting them self’s in a position of receiving a greater condemnation.
3. Some worship the church building,
what is in the building, even the building its self,
but forget to worship the one who was sacrificed so that we may be the church.
But rather than looking up to the building or what is in the building we are to worship in heaver who is on the throne of God and by Him who sets on it.
4. Some tithe money, time and things
but forget to give the Lord the things that are important;
justice, mercy and faithfulness,
these should be dune alongside the money, time and things.
5. There are those who will adorn them selves in fine clothing,
perfume and jurally
(name brand expensive items to be seen and admired)
but not taking care of the filth with in themselves,
being full of self-indulgence.
Looking wonderful (holy) on the out side
but the inside is death lacking a true relationship with Christ our Lord,
living a life that is unclean before Father God and Christ Jesus.
And what dose Father God call and have to say about and to those who participate in these behavers?
He says the are blind and calls them for what they are,] Hypocrites, and He says “Woe to you.”
The attributes shown above are those of someone seeking honor for themselves,
not of someone who is honoring Father God nor Christ our Lord.
Matthew 23:12
“Whoever exalts himself shall be humbled;
and whoever humbles himself shall be exalted.
Enough said?

2 Peter 1:1-11
To those who have received a faith of the same kind as ours,
by the righteousness of our God and Savior, Jesus Christ:
Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God
and of Jesus our Lord;
seeing that His divine power has granted to us everything pertaining to life and godliness,
through the true knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and excellence.
For by these He has granted to us His precious and magnificent promises,
so that by them you may become partakers of the divine nature,
having escaped the corruption that is in the world by lust.
Now for this very reason also,
applying all diligence,
in your faith supply moral excellence,
and in your moral excellence, knowledge,
and in your knowledge, self-control,
and in your self-control, perseverance,
and in your perseverance, godliness,
and in your godliness, brotherly kindness,
and in your brotherly kindness, love.
For if these qualities are yours and are increasing,
they render you neither useless nor unfruitful
in the true knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
For he who lacks these qualities is blind or short-sighted,
having forgotten his purification from his former sins.
Therefore, brethren,
be all the more diligent to make certain about His calling and choosing you;
for as long as you practice these things,
you will never stumble;
for in this way the entrance into the eternal kingdom
of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ
will be abundantly supplied to you.
1Peter 1:24
For,
“ALL FLESH IS LIKE GRASS,
AND ALL ITS GLORY LIKE THE FLOWER OF GRASS.
THE GRASS WITHERS,
AND THE FLOWER FALLS OFF,
BUT THE WORD OF THE LORD ENDURES FOREVER.”
And this is the word which was preached to you.
Matthew 22:37-39
And He said to him,
“ ‘YOU SHALL LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART,
AND WITH ALL YOUR SOUL, AND WITH ALL YOUR MIND.’
“This is the great and foremost commandment.
The second is like it,
‘YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF.”
Why do try and we make it sound so difficult?
What we are to do is apply all diligence,
in building our faith in Jesus Christ our Lord
and in and through our faith in Him and His word
the Holy Spirit will build in us moral excellence,
and in our moral excellence, knowledge,
and in our knowledge, self-control,
and in our self-control, perseverance,
and in our perseverance, godliness,
and in our godliness, brotherly kindness,
and in our brotherly kindness, love.
Always seems to come back to love.
Living a life of love toward Father God,
Jesus Christ our Lord,
And our fellow brothers in Christ,
And to others as well.
We are to be diligently seeking a life that is made up of:
moral excellence,
knowledge of Jesus Christ our Lord,
self-control,
perseverance,
godliness,
brotherly kindness,
love.
Diligence:
To steadily work at,
To earnestly seek with an energetic effort,
To be devoted to accomplishing,
To seek after with great care and effort,
To apply one’s self to accomplish the goal.
Is it truly to much for Christ Jesus to ask
that we would diligently seek to be like Him?
After He was willing to give of Him self
to be beaten beyond recension,
and then crucified on a cross,
so that we may live with Him and Father God throughout eternity?

Matthew 12:30-37
“He who is not with Me is against Me;
and he who does not gather with Me scatters.
Therefore I say to you,
any sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven people,
but blasphemy against the Spirit shall not be forgiven.
Whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man,
it shall be forgiven him;
but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit,
it shall not be forgiven him,
either in this age or in the age to come.
Either make the tree good and its fruit good,
or make the tree bad and its fruit bad;
for the tree is known by its fruit.
You brood of vipers, how can you, being evil,
speak what is good?
For the mouth speaks out of that which fills the heart.
The good man brings out of his good treasure what is good;
and the evil man brings out of his evil treasure what is evil.
But I tell you that every careless word that people speak,
they shall give an accounting for it in the day of judgment.
For by your words you will be justified,
and by your words you will be condemned.”
Mark 3:28–30
“Truly I say to you,
all sins shall be forgiven the sons of men,
and whatever blasphemies they utter;
but whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness,
but is guilty of an eternal sin.”
Matthew 7:15–20
“Beware of the false prophets,
who come to you in sheep’s clothing,
but inwardly are ravenous wolves.
You will know them by their fruits.
So then, you will know them by their fruits.”
Your words reveal your character:
Jesus says:
I tell you that every careless word that people speak,
they shall give an accounting for it in the day of judgment.
Theses word from Jesus should be ingrained
in the minds of every child by the age of two.
And should be continuously reminded of them
for the rest of their lives.
i wish they would have been ingrained in my mind
and heart at a young age,
Ho that i would have listened when they were told to me.
For i am sure i have spoken many, many, many careless words
over the years.
Think you Jesus for your forgiveness of my careless words.
Either make the tree good and its fruit good,
or make the tree bad and its fruit bad;
for the tree is known by its fruit.
You brood of vipers, how can you, being evil,
speak what is good?
For the mouth speaks out of that which fills the heart.
The good man brings out of his good treasure what is good;
and the evil man brings out of his evil treasure what is evil.
You are the tree,
So make your heart, your mind, your soul clean,
Or make them bad.
But don’t play around trying to be good with one group of people
And not care what you say with another.
How is a good heart, mind and soul developed?
Romans 12:1-3
Therefore I urge you, brethren, by the mercies of God,
to present your bodies a living and holy sacrifice,
acceptable to God,
which is your spiritual service of worship.
And do not be conformed to this world,
but be transformed by the renewing of your mind,
so that you may prove what the will of God is,
that which is good and acceptable and perfect.
For through the grace given to me I say to everyone among you
not to think more highly of himself than he ought to think;
but to think so as to have sound judgment,
as God has allotted to each a measure of faith.
1Corinthians 12:2-3
You know that when you were pagans,
you were led astray to the mute idols,
however you were led.
Therefore
I make known to you that no one speaking by the Spirit of God says,
“Jesus is accursed”;
and no one can say, “Jesus is Lord,” except by the Holy Spirit.
Pagans =
of the world, of a sinful heart, a sinful mind, a sinful soul,
not of Christ Jesus.
If you are concerned that you may have committed blasphemy
against the Holy Spirt,
Chansa’s are, you haven’t,
For if you had you would not care,
you would not be concerned about it.
But if it is something that you are questioning in your life,
Then start living a life that is acceptable before the Lord,
And guard your heart, mind and soul, guard your tong.
Stay away from things you know are not of GOD.
And speak good healthy up right words,
Think upon the good things of the Lord,
and speak the truth of God And His mercy’s.
Cleans your heart, mind and soul with the word of GOD,
by reading your bible,
and applying it to your life.
May God bless you and keep you.
Out for now.
