i got a few complaints about my spelling and my use of i instead of I
(some language or righting exserts)
i have learned there is only one I am and i am not Him.
i will not put myself as His equal of above Him.
It may seem petty to you, but it is a reminder to me as to where i stand and who is in control, sin starts from man thinking himself equal to God,
The created is never equal to or greater than the creator.
In America or perhaps even in the world there is too much emphases put on I, me and mine. We are not above our creator and you nor i am the center of this universe, you are not any better than nor do you have any more value than the homeless person living in the gutter, get over yourself and relies we are all 5’s not one of us is a ten, except for the grace of God we are all going to hell. Know that your worth and value is no higher than any one else’s but at the same time if you were the only one on earth Christ would have still given Himself up for you.
You are fearfully and wonderfully made, and to Jesus are worth giving His life for, but that does not put you above anyone ells on this planet.
Go be kind, love your fellow man no matter what condition they may be in in your eyes, for in Christ eyes they are of jest as great of value as you are.
And remember there is only one I am and you are not Him, say to yourself and right it down there is only one I am and i am not Him.
taking off should be back on tuesday, have a great weekend

"DO NOT BE CONFORMED TO THIS WORLD"
Not being conformed to this world on your own is almost imposable to do, but with the leading of the Holy Spirit it is.
i grew up in a middle class family, my Dad worked hard, i remember when i was nine for three months He worked three shifts a day at the veneer plant in Gresham Oregon, we took Him His lunch and dinner, sometime in the night He would come home and sleep for a few hours eat breakfast and go back to the mill.
i remember the day He went back to one shift a day and the words He spoke
“I know I had to do it but the money and the things are not worth the time away from family, I fell I have lost more than I have made. We will do without before I’ll ever do that aging”
Money, stuff and things are the ways of this world and have entrapped most with its hooks.
i can say i am not one of them.
Things i find important
1. My walk with the Lord
2. My family
3. Other people
That’s it.
Living in contentment i except the fact things i have are gifts from God; and when given a gift you except it without saying it is not enough, it is not up to me to go out and make things happen to strive for more money to buy more stuff, if the Lord adds to my life i look for someone who needs it and pray if it is the will of the Father that it be passed on to them, or if there was another reason He gave it to me.
i have lived this way for many years, not bragging, but just so you know who i am i have given everything i owned away twice in my life, the first time keep seven tee shirts three pairs of pants, seven pairs of socks, seven pair of underwear, a jacket, my pocket knife and around seven hundred dollars. i have given six thriving business away to employees, and the last was three acers with a 2,400 square foot home. The Lord has allowed me to see the benefit of giving and i have learned; you cannot out give the Lord.
At this time in my life my wife and i live on $1,200.00 a month, and live a wonderful life with all our needs met, we live in a most wonderful location, in a home that not only provide shelter, but has extras, we have clothing to wear, we have food to eat. All our needs are met each and every day, we are not in want of anything, and have time to to enjoy our family and to share the love of the Lord with others.
Let go of the things of this world grab hold of the things of God and find the time to enjoy the life given you.

The Journey Home
My goal is not to inherit the things of this world but to inherit the things of God!
i am not seeking nor do we desire the things of this world but the things of God!
For my eternity is not in this world but in God!
Nor does my worth or value come from this world but from Father God, through His son, Christ Jesus!
So as i sojourner with Him, i will place my trust and my teasers in heaven, not in this world!
For this world is not my home!
This is what i live by, even the area in which i live with all its wonder, plants and wildlife has no value to me compared to the value of haven. And am disgusted by this world and all the value that it put on inanimate objects
My value does not come from anything i may possess it does not come from my position at work or how well i may do in sports, it does not come from man’s view of me or what i do or say, there is only one who gives me value, one who has set my value before time began, and that is the Son of God Christ Jesus.
The one who turned my life around and gave me a second chance, the only one capable of forgiving me of my sins and making me new, as i follow Him more and more i see the fallacy of this world and its ways, and have come to the conclusion there are really only to forces in this world good and evil, and each and every one of us make the choice of which we will serve each and every moment of each and every day.
Over the next few days, weeks, months, or perhaps even years i will share with you this journey i am on.

Yesterday was a grand day
Someone came by whom i have not seen for several years someone whom i never went on a journey with not camping or fishing with, yesterday was the first time we ever eat a meal together, i have never been to his home and have spent little time with.
But with all that said He is a friend of mine, no He is more family than friend, from the first time we met Him He has had positive input in my life.
And aging the short time we had yesterday He impacted me aging.
Love is forgiveness, forgiveness is love, if we love Christ we will forgive others and show them love forgiveness allows the Lord to move in their lives and by forgiving and showing love to others it allows the Lord to move in our lives also, giving us a deeper relationship not only with Him but with others.
This man has shown love to me and our family from the first time we met.
You are my friend, my brother, a part of my family, thank you Bill for allowing Christ to move through your life and shin in to mine, love you.
One thing that came out of yesterday concerning this blog; i will try to be more open to what Christ has and is doing in my life. i do not share to much personal things but will work on that and will allow you to see more of me, and the mess i have been and still am, and how Christ has and is working to change my life.
it will be heard for me but i will do my best to share my journey with you, one day at a time.

If we are satisfied with God than why does it seem we are always looking for something, is it that we truly have not found God?
Or is it that we found Him and then went back to listening to the world “You Need”, You want so You must have”, “You have the right to have it”.
We do have needs!
But our needs are not a large bank account, it is not a car, it is not more electronics, it is not a tax break.
Our needs our simple;
A relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ, food, clothing, and shelter Food: enough to sustain our bodies
Clothing: covering
Shelter: somewhere to be out of bad weather
But in America it seems to have been bread in to us that bigger is better and more is never enough.
What are your priorities? To serve self, to serve man, or to serve God?
For no one can serve two masters,
So chose who you will serve! The Lord God or will you serve man, or satin?
You can-not serve God and the ways of this world and inter into the kingdom of heaven.
Matthew 6: 24-34
Do not be anxious for your life, as to what you shall eat or what you shall drink nor for your body, as to what you shall put on.
Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing?
For all these things the gentiles eagerly seek, your heavenly Father knows that you have need of all these things,
But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added to you.
Therefor do not be anxious for tomorrow; for tomorrow will care for itself, each day has enough trouble of its own.
So according to the word of our creator;
“seek first His kingdom and His righteousness” and if we do seek Him first – All these things will be added to our lives.
So witch is easier to seek after God and His ways, or to strive after stuff and things?
Seeking after one or to seek after many?
For you will spend your time seeking for one! God or things,
the creator or the created
i choose God!
