To WORRY IS to cause anxiety, a cause of uneasiness or anxiety; trouble, to torment oneself with or suffer from disturbing thoughts; to fret, usually of things that MIGHT happen, not reality.

i believe that anxiety consists of two parts; worry and physiological symptoms such as sweating, increased heart beat and raised blood pressure. Worry refers to negative self-talk that often distracts your mind from focusing on the Lord and instead trying to come up with your own solutions to a problem or situation, whatever it maybe.

For example, when you become anxious because you lost a job, you may repeatedly ask your selves how, will i make it, or how will i take care of my family. This kind of thinking interferes with your focusing on the Lord and what He says He will do for you if you trust Him.

As we grow up Worry becomes a big part of our lives it becomes a learned habit, Once you have accepted the habit of worrying it is hard to stop. We are raised to worry and aren’t considered “a grown up” until we perfect the art of worrying. As a teenager we are told “it’s about time you start worrying about your future” and became a responsible adult.

It seems that if you are not worrying about something you are considered to be childish or irresponsible, and in some groups if you don’t worry you are considered a layer, or a denier of the truth. Well if worrying makes you a responsible adult then i don’t won’t to be one!

We are told by the Lord; DO NOT WORRY!
Matthew 6:31 "Do not worry then saying ‘What will we eat?' or ‘What will we drink?' or ‘what will we wear for clothing?'
Luke 12:22 And He said to His disciples "For this reason I say to you, do not worry about your life, as to what you will eat; nor for your body, as to what you will put on

We are not to worry about food drink or clothing, if we are choosing to fallow the Lord no matter what happens in our lives He will take care of your needs.

Look at Job take time to read the book of Job a man that could have worried about a lot of things but instead looked to the Lord.
Mathew 6:34     "So do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will care for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own,

We are not to worry about Tomorrow, or about anything that might or might not happen tomorrow.

Matthew 10:19 "But when they hand you over, do not worry about how or what you are to say; for it will be given you in that hour what you are to say.
Mark 13:11 "When they arrest you and hand you over, do not worry beforehand about what you are to say, but say whatever is given you in that hour; for it is not you who speak, but it is the Holy Spirit
Luke 12:11 "When they bring you before the synagogues and the rulers and the authorities, do not worry about how or what you are to speak in your defense or what you are to say

When troubles come we are not to Worry what this says is that God will even tell us what to say, if He will do that don’t you think He will take care of all your needs.

If the Lord gives you the words to say when there is trouble don’t you think He will give you the words to say when times are good; Or are you one who speaks from your own mind and heart?

1Corinthians 7:21     Were you called while a slave? Do not worry about it; but if you are able also to become free, rather do that

We were all called when we were still in sin we are not to worry about this but through Christ we are made free, I believe this also includes freedom from worry

Go have a great day in the Lord and Do Not Worry

i was asked about friends

22 miles walk, and last climbed to just over 8,000 foot elevation, encountered the grizzly that doesn’t live in these parts of the wilderness, must have been visiting the black bears, probably planning its takeover strategy of the area.

Came across two very large elk at the first of the hike they were headed up the valley, it has always amazed me how with such large antlers they can run through the brush and trees and hardly make a sound nor leave much destruction behind.

If you have never really experienced the wild, the wilderness, you have never really lived.

Now for the real reason for this post, have been asked why i don’t have many friends on my facebooks friend list!

Years ago i met face to face with an Alfa Wolf, He sat about three feet from me for over 35 minutes we looked at each other, i spoke softly and quietly and He made soft low sounds as we sat there, finely He heard something and turned looked back at me nodded His head i nodded mine and He was gone.

Two nights later i awoke with something right up next to my back, slowly turned to see what and it was the wolf, He was laying up against my back when He felt me move He sat up yawned seemed to smile, nodded i slowly reached out and He laid His nose in my hand, then took it in His mouth but never bit me, i pulled it out slowly and touched His ear, He leaned in and i pet Him for a time and then He walked off.

Friend are heard to find and good ones even harder, but i think i found one in this Wolf we had only met twice but bonded for life i found out a year later. Wall staying in the same location one year later second night had some company small pack of wolfs came by stocking the camp, but keep their distance, then one of the younger ones got brave and came in to camp not acting very friendly, i was armed, and pulled my 45 and started talking softly to it, it started for me and out of nowhere another wolf took it down had it by the thought, a few grails and a few whimpers and He let go and the younger one ran off, the older one then walked over to where i was and stood in front of me, it was my friend. The pack stayed around the whole week i was there and four of the eight nights i awoke with the Him sleeping at my back.

The day i left they followed me for over 14 miles and then He came up to me and leaned in to my leg, i knelt down and talked softly to Him and reached out and rubbed His ear He came closer and put His head on my shoulder and i reached up and hugged Him, He pulled back and stared in to my eyes and then licked my face turned and ran off.
I am not one to cry but it hit me i will never see Him aging and tears came.
This horrible mean vicious wild animal that most would shoot on site or gladly trap and skin touched my life and changed the way i see friendship it is something i cherish and do not take lightly.
If you ever were my friend you will always be my friend no matter what you may do or say or how many weeks, months or years may pass. my friends are on my mind quite often i don’t have many so that is not heard to do but for each of my friend i would lay down my life.
Most have died, and others are missing, and i don’t know where they are. Have found a couple over the years but have gotten no response. ?? Maybe i was wrong and they truly weren’t friends, just acquaintance.

Friends are not people who like what you have to say or people who know someone you know, a friend is someone who has input in to your life, in a life changing way, the person who will love you and put up with you even when you have a bad day, who even when you disagree will still have your back.

Walking this earth i absorb my surroundings, listening to the sounds. Feeling the air, sun, rain, snow and ice on my face are some of the greatest feelings i know. And early in the morning watching the sun rise peeking over the mountains bringing life to all, gives me a true feeling of gratitude and freedom, knowing that the Lord God made it all and has perfect control over it all, whether it is a cool spring day, a warm summer evening or a winter with -30 degrees, Father God is still in control.
And as a friend of mine once said
“GRRRRRRRRRRr, GRRRRRR” not sur spelt that right, my spelling is bad. But translated i believe means “Hay man stop and take the time to smell the blueberries” “but don’t eat any they’re mine”

Take time to enjoy the life Father God has given you, if you will give it back to Him and live it out for Him you will be blessed, live your life in contentment with gratitude, and He will provide all your needs, you are a creation of God and are fearfully and wonderfully made, Go live life, and let Father God bring true friends in to your life.

Oh and by the way i no longer frequent facebook, about once or twice a month for only five to ten minets, seems to be just a large waste of time.
And as for friends i have but only a few true friend, most it seems are but only acquaintances.

Contentment bring peace and joy
Living a life of contentment brings everlasting joy
A moment of joy can bring everlasting pain and suffering

With contentment there would be no strife to gain, no war,
Most business in the world would go out of business.

It amazes me how you can take someone who lived without something for most of their lives then the item is handed to them and within days it becomes a necessity, then it becomes life threatening if they lose it.

What is in your life, your position that you think you can’t live without?
Cell phone, laptop, tablet, the new and latest gadget, or is it that new piece of clothing,
Or is it something the person next door or at work has that you don’t,
and you just have to buy one.

Discontent is sold to us each and every day in this country,
and if you don’t jump on the want, greed and need wagon you’re seen as someone without a brain.

What I would like you to think about today is how you survived before you had whatever that object is you think you can’t live without today.

If you’re brave take it and put it away for one week put it somewhere you can’t see it or hear it if it makes noise.

If it ant broke don’t fix it, if it works let it alone.
If it is not yours, maybe there’s a reason that you don’t understand.

Or are you one of those Christians who think that if they want something they can work all the overtime you can get and weekend when available, you gather the money and then say God provided my needs.
“”I DON’T THINK SO”” you just sacrificed your family to get what??? God does not provide for you at the expense of your walk with Him or your family.
Live in contentment and know true joy, peace and freedom.

Jesus wept;
Shortest verse in the bible, Yesterday I heard someone say He wept because He felt their pain and suffering,
i think it went much further than that i think He wept do to their lack of faith in Him.
You can also see Christ becoming a bit perturbed with their comment (If you would have come sooner) and i think this was also because of their lack of faith in Him.
After all the medicals they had personally seen Him do they still could not trust, believe and have faith that Christ would show up when He needed to and have control over the situation.

1. Are you a Christian?

For those who answered yes;
How many times in the day do you confront a situation that you have no control over and you become upset, worrying, or depressed, but yet still try to take thing in to your own hand rather than to tune to Christ and ask for His help, and then wet in faith knowing He will show up when the time is right and deal with the situation.

It is not called slacking off it is not called not caring;
it is called faith hope and contentment. The first thing as Christians we should do no matter what the difficult may be is to run in to the arms of Christ who supplies all our needs and knows even when a sparrow falls from the sky.

For those who answered no;
All you have to do is turn to Christ confess your sins, ask Him in to your heart, and confess Him to others.

In faith trust Him to direct your path.

Are you depressed?
Then get over yourself.

If you are depressed get your eyes off yourself and help someone ells
If your depressed read Philippians 2:3 don’t be selfish don’t live to make a good impression on others

Stop wanting your own way, wars come from wanting your own way.

The world says self is good and that we need to please self, Jesus says put self aside and live to serve others.

Selfishness, self-centered and pride will keep a lot of people out of heaven.

Remedy love the Lord your God with all your heart, mind and soil, and love your neighbor as yourself, put others before yourself goes against all the world and a lot of Christians will tell you or show you but it is the way Christ has told us to live a happy joyful life, a life filled with the peace of Christ.

Christ has accepted you so what other approval do you truly need? Nun
