1st John 2:26-29
These things I have written to you concerning those who are trying to deceive you.
As for you, the anointing which you received from Him abides in you, and you have no need for anyone to teach you; but as His anointing teaches you about all things, and is true and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you abide in Him.
Now, little children, abide in Him, so that when He appears, we may have confidence and not shrink away from Him in shame at His coming. If you know that He is righteous, you know that everyone also who practices righteousness is born of Him.
Jesus is talking to you throw these righting called the Bible; He is telling us if we will stay in His word His Holy Spirit will teach us what we need to know.
John 14:26-27
“But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all that I said to you. “Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, nor let it be fearful.

This upsets a lot of pastors, and it should after spending thousands of dollars in bible collage to now find out that the Spirit of God would have and will teach them every ting they need to know.
They didn’t need to learn how to talk (Moses shuddered and God used Him)
They didn’t need to learn how to run a business (the church is not a business)

Matthew 21:12-13
And Jesus entered the temple and drove out all those who were buying and selling in the temple, and overturned the tables of the money changers and the seats of those who were selling doves.
And He *said to them,
“It is written, ‘MY HOUSE SHALL BE CALLED A HOUSE OF PRAYER’; but you are making it a ROBBERS’ DEN.”
The church today has become more sophisticated and we don’t sell doves but go in to any large church and you will find the word of God for sale, teaching books, and all other books and music and even coffee and drinks all for sale.

All for convenience and to draw people in but if they were speaking of the love of Christ and what He has done for us they would be there with bated ears with hearts open to receive and soles deeply desiring the Lord and His love.

If we are in the word of God daily, soaking in His word and applying it to our daily lives when He returns we will be running to Him with no hesitation, and at the same time when the antichrist are saying Jesus is here or Jesus is there we will know in our spirits by the Holy Spirit that they are lying trying to deceive and miss lead those whom they can.

Will you allow the Holy Spirit to teach you?
Will you allow the Holy Spirit to lead you?
Will you daily spend time in God’s word so He can do both?
Or will you run here and their listening to teachings of men and be miss lead?

Don’t take my word for this get in to the word of God and ask His Holy Spirit to show you the truth ask Him to teach you, read the word of God not a commentary Jesus did not come to this earth to tell us witch commentary to read study and obey, He came gave us His words and His Spirit to teach us.

You want to go to college for three years to know Jesus and how to tell others about Him or would you rather have those three years to share with others the love of Christ Jesus,  reed Mathew. If you would rather share your Lord with others then take the Jesus crash cores on how to live the Christian life and be a good witness to others. You can find it in Matthew. 5, 6 and 7 it tell us how we are to live and the rest of the book shows us how it looks in real life.

1st John 2:18-25
Children, it is the last hour; and just as you heard that antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have appeared; from this we know that it is the last hour.
They went out from us, but they were not really of us; for if they had been of us, they would have remained with us; but they went out, so that it would be shown that they all are not of us.
But you have an anointing from the Holy One, and you all know. I have not written to you because you do not know the truth, but because you do know it, and because no lie is of the truth.
Who is the liar but the one who denies that Jesus is the Christ? This is the antichrist, the one who denies the Father and the Son.
Whoever denies the Son does not have the Father; the one who confesses the Son has the Father also.
As for you, let that abide in you which you heard from the beginning. If what you heard from the beginning abides in you, you also will abide in the Son and in the Father. The promise which He Himself made to us: is eternal life.

The ultimate lie it to deny Jesus is the Christ; so when someone is talking about the bible or about God, Jesus or the Holy Spirit to find out who they really are ask this question. Who is Jesus Christ? if they cannot say Jesus is the Christ, the son of the living God, just walk away, don’t try and sift out the truth in what they are saying to justify listening to them just walk away for the lie (the twist on God’s word they will spew out of their mouth will be sly and put a foot in the door for you to latter dough the truth of God’s word.

Remember that which you heard in the beginning when you heard, and dive in to His word so you will know when someone is trying to deceive you and lead you astray. Are you afraid to tell others about Jesus and what He has done for you, afraid of what they will think or say about you to others?
Ashamed or embarrassed to let others know you know Jesus?

In Matthew 10:32-33 Jesus said.
“Therefore everyone who confesses Me before men, I will also confess him before My Father who is in heaven.
But whoever denies Me before men, I will also deny him before My Father who is in heaven.”
So what do you have to say when the subject of church, Christ or God comes up?

Have you listened to the lies of the antichrists in your life and become afraid to speak the truth of Jesus the Christ, the son of the living God?
Open your mouth and speak of Jesus and His love, or forever wish you had. Be in the word of God so you will know the truth and know when you are being lied to, know when someone is trying to deceive you.

1st John 2:15-17
Do not love the world nor the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh and the lust of the eyes and the boastful pride of life, is not from the Father, but is from the world. The world is passing away, and also its lusts; but the one who does the will of God lives forever.

Wow rather simple love the world and the things of the world and go to hell, or love the Lord and His ways and go to Heaven this should not be a heard diction but for most it is a daily struggle and it looks like it is a struggle that many in the church loos every day.

Not only do they need the latest gadget but the need the biggest shiniest home and vehicle the latest clothing, the most toys, always talking about what they have and don’t have, (it amazes me how many Christians talk about how much money they don’t have) if money wasn’t their god, wasn’t the love of their lives, they would not speak so much of it but instead would be speaking of the love of Christ and His love for them and the people around them.

The church today looks to be concerned about the things of this world rather than the things of God. Things they have and things they don’t have but are striving to get.

This world is not my home i am just a passing through heading home to be with my Lord, there is nothing here i am taking with me when i leave and there is nothing here that is more valuable than being with my Lord.

Don’t make things in this world so important that you miss out on a relationship with Christ your Lord and salvation.

“Do not love the world nor the things in the world”
but instead turn your love and affection and devotion to the Lord Jesus.

1st John 2:12-14
I am writing to you, little children, because your sins have been forgiven you for His name’s sake.
I am writing to you, fathers, because you know Him who has been from the beginning.
I am writing to you, young men, because you have overcome the evil one.
I have written to you, children, because you know the Father. I have written to you, fathers, because you know Him who has been from the beginning.
I have written to you, young men, because you are strong, and the word of God abides in you, and you have overcome the evil one.

I know this was put to scroll by John but the bible is for us to know Father God, and is about Him and Christ Jesus and our relationship with Them.
And as with the bible you can take this as coming from Christ Himself to you, Our sins have been forgiven and we know God has been from the begging

((in the beginning was the word, (Jesus) and the word was with God, and the word (Jesus) was God, He was in the beginning with God. All things came into being through Him, and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into being. In Him was life, and the life was the Light of men. The Light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.))

Jesus has written to us because our spirits know Him and through knowing Him we can and have already overcome evil And because we know Him we know His Father.

((If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also; from now on you know Him, and have seen Him.”))

Jesus has written to us because we have relationship with Him and to those who will have relationship with Him.

Jesus have given each of us (yes even you) the opportunity to know Him personally, and this happens by knowing His word and accepting His forgiveness, for He hung on the cross for all our sins.
Lord i ask that you would forgive me of my sins, please come into my life i believe in you and want to know you, amen.
it is that simple.

If your very best friend whom you had not seen for a very long time wrote you a personal letter and mailed it to you would you not read it?

1st John 2:7-11
Beloved, I am not writing a new commandment to you, but an old commandment which you have had from the beginning; the old commandment is the word which you have heard. On the other hand, I am writing a new commandment to you, which is true in Him and in you, because the darkness is passing away and the true Light is already shining. The one who says he is in the Light and yet hates his brother is in the darkness until now. The one who loves his brother abides in the Light and there is no cause for stumbling in him. But the one who hates his brother is in the darkness and walks in the darkness, and does not know where he is going because the darkness has blinded his eyes.

Jesus tells us:
“YOU SHALL LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART, AND WITH ALL YOUR SOUL, AND WITH ALL YOUR MIND.
YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF.

The one who says he is in the Light and yet hates his brother is in the darkness
The one who loves his brother abides in the Light and there is no cause for stumbling in him.
But the one who hates his brother is in the darkness and walks in the darkness, and does not know where he is going because the darkness has blinded his eyes.

How many Christians hold contempt for another Christian? Unfortunately there are a lot of them in the church, they walk around looking like good little Christians but in side they are blinded for the darkness has penetrated their hearts and engulfed their eyes so they cannot see the truth, they can set and hear the word of God but cannot comprehend what is truly being said nor can they truly understand what they may read in the Bible.

Love is a great filter. Our filter Christ Jesus filters our sin from Gods eye’s and in the same way if we are loving Jesus and loving others our love for Jesus will allow that same filtering system to work with us and our relationship with others.
